Lead Time

At Denotomy, all our products are made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. The lead time for production varies depending on the item and is specified on each product page for your convenience.

Please note that lead times are estimates and may be subject to slight changes due to factors such as material availability or production schedules. We will keep you informed of any updates to your order’s timeline.

Shipping Process

We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Orders are shipped during office hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) to your home or workplace. Once your order is collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number, and delivery can be expected within 1–10 working days, depending on your location. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Certain orders may qualify for local delivery, in which case we will be in contact to arrange delivery date and time. 

Please note that orders will only be shipped once payment has been successfully processed and reflects in our bank account.
